"The Kraken" by Alfred Lord Tennyson is a poem that explores a large create that peacefully sleeps deep within the ocean, until it comes to the surface one day and battles with humans until it ultimately is killed. For this project, I wanted to capture the moment just before it's presence is noticed by people, the calm before the storm.
